Our Cleaners unconditionally guarantees the quality of our dry cleaning. If you are not satisfied completely of our dry cleaning services, please contact us with in two days of delivery. We will dry clean the item again at no charge.
GENERAL RELEASE
We assume no responsibility for articles left over 30 days. We always take the utmost care in the cleaning of your garments and household goods. We cannot guarantee against color loss and shrinkage, or damage to weak fabrics, nor for any damage on garments caused by natural wear and tear. Any differences in count must be reported and receipt presented within 48 hours. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to limit and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
DRY CLEAN AUTHORIZATION
The great majority of garments and household articles clean very satisfactorily. Our Cleaners may ask you to sign a release form before processing certain items. The main purpose of the release form is to alert you to the possible problem. If you agree, the item will be processed with extreme care and probably returned to you in a usable condition. If damage does develop, however, Our Cleaners will not be held responsible since it has warned you of the risk and obtained your consent to proceed. If Our Cleaners determines the need for a consent form, a representative will attempt to contact the customer for verification and authorization. If authorization for cleaning can not be obtained in a timely manner, then Our Cleaners will deliver the item in question back to the customer. You may choose to re-submit them with a release form expressing your acknowledgment that Our Cleaners will clean them at customers own risk.
USER NAME AND PASSWORD
Your user name and password lets Our Cleaners verify that you are a registered customer and prevent anyone else who may have access to your computer from ordering in your name without your express permission. When you use Our Cleaners services, the information you provide remains private and secure. We are committed to the protection of your personal and order information.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to provide service.
